How do I renew the fee waiver?

Renewing a Subscription via Fee Waiver

If you received a fee waiver in a prior year and believe you may qualify for another this year, you must re-submit a new application with supporting documentation that demonstrates that you currently meet our qualifications. 

There are a few ways you can do this.

1. If you're living within the United States and are receiving government assistance you can reapply online. Log into your account via the OurFamilyWizard website. Then, navigate to "My Account" and then click "Billing." You will have a link to reapply within your account. If you are unable to locate a link, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
   
   
2. If you’re living within the United States and are receiving legal services at a reduced rate, have documentation from the court such as in forma pauperis, or have a certificate of indigence, you can reapply by submitting a paper application.
   1. Download the application.
   2. Complete the application and save it as a .pdf file.
   3. Gather your supporting documentation. Eligibility criteria is listed on the application.
   4. Send your application and supporting documentation to [e-mail] attached as a .pdf or .jpg.

3. If you’re living outside of the United States, you can reapply by submitting a paper application.
   1. Download the application that corresponds with your geography.
   2. Complete the application and save it as a .pdf file.
   3. Gather your supporting documentation. Eligibility criteria is listed on the application.
   4. Send your application and supporting documentation to [e-mail] attached as a .pdf or .jpg.
