We want every parent who could benefit from using the OurFamilyWizard® toolset to be able to use our services. But we understand that some may not have the financial means to purchase an annual subscription, which is why we have offered fee waivers since our inception.
Applying is easy.

If you already have an OurFamilyWizard account the application process is slightly different.

If you are new user applying for a fee waiver, and your coparent already created a profile for you, contact our Customer Support team for assistance. We can send you a fee waiver application.
- If you are an existing user looking to renew your subscription using a fee waiver, follow the steps here to renew your subscription.
In most cases, in order to qualify you will need to be working with legal aid, receive certain forms of government assistance, or have an attorney doing pro bono work for you. Learn more here.
